项目摘要

1. Join R & D activities evolve step by step; Initiatin Stage, Resource Sharing Stage, and Joint Activity Stage. 2. To make good performance, it is necessary not only to create best mix or resources and organization in each stage, but also to destroy it to proceed to next stage. 3. Rescurces of Join avtivities consist of two kind or resources; iner and outer resource.The selection of the former becomes tighter whereas that of the latter, looser as the activities evolve. 4. The organization consists of two dimensions; structure and process. Structure changes from flexible to fixed, however process formfixed to flexible as the stage goes up. 5. The essence of management of Join R & D is to create two kinds of unstabilities in short term; unstability of resources and that of organization. They are indispensable to reach to the longer trem stability.

1.联合研发活动的发展过程是由启动阶段、资源共享阶段、联合活动阶段三个阶段组成。2.要取得良好的绩效，不仅需要在每个阶段创造最佳的资源组合和组织，而且还需要破坏它以进入下一阶段。3.联合活动的资源包括内部资源和外部资源两种，随着活动的发展，对内部资源的选择越来越严格，而对外部资源的选择则越来越宽松。4.组织包括两个维度：结构和过程。结构由柔性向固定变化，而过程由固定向柔性变化. 5.联合研发管理的实质是在短期内造成两种不稳定性：资源不稳定性和组织不稳定性。它们是达到长期稳定性所不可缺少的。
