On the Optimal Traffic Volume of the Road Networks in Local Urban Areas considering the Residents' complaints about threir Life Environment.

我们在这项研究中获得的几个结果概述如下：1.居民对交通安全和交通麻烦的投诉受人行道宽度、通过街道的交通量和货车混装率的影响很大。在城市交通管理和规划中，一个重要的问题是估计每个起点到终点区域之间的驾驶员数量。特别是对于城市小区域的交通规划，车牌号法对于从观测路段流量估计起点-终点矩阵是非常有用的。对佐贺市CBD内驾驶员的停车行为进行了观察，证实了驾驶员的停车时段特征与其出行目的相对应。提出了一种新的计算机模拟方法来确定中央商务区停车场的最优布置。

Outlines of several results we obtained in this study are summarized as follows.1. Residents' complaints about the safety and the trouble by traffic are influenced strongly by the width of sidewalk, traffic volume passing the streets, and the mix rate of trucks.2. In urban traffic management and planning, an important problem is estimating the number of drivers between each origin-destination zone. Especially, for the traffic planning of small districts in urban area, the plate number method is very useful to estimate the origin-destination matrix from observed link volumes.3. We made some observations about the parking behaviours of drivers in the CBD of Saga city, and confirmed the chracteristics of drivers' parking periods correspondig to their trip purposes.4. A new method of computer simulation is developed to determine the optimal arrangement of parking lots in central business district.
