项目摘要

The objective of this research project is to study basics of a sevelopment of total measuring system for determining the physical properties(Young's modulus,poison'sratio,water potential effective coefficients edt.) of plant materials whose handling is throublesome in the material tests due to their size,shape,inhomogeneity. The basic studies of this project dealt with a numerical data process system based on the finite element inverse analysis and a deformation measuring system using image processing technique.The followings are reading findings and developments in this project.1.A Finite element inverse analysis is implemented on a microcomputer.The FEM inverse program can handle 2 dimentional axisymmetric elasticity problems.2.Tow different parameter estimation techniques were investigated in process of the development of FEM inverse code.1)Least square estimation 2)Kalman filter estimation3.Convergence of Kalman filter technique is much better than the least square technique.4.Two different techniques were tested to determine the deformation of test piece under compression.1)Infra red displacement sensing device 2)image processing device5.The infra red sensing device was useful and effective only when hadling relatively larger test piece6.The method using image processing device was more flexible to handling samples in many different sizes. yield based on land productivity.
本研究项目的目的是研究用于确定植物材料的物理性质(杨氏模量、毒物比、水势有效系数等)的总测量系统的基础知识,这些材料由于其大小、形状和不均匀性而在材料测试中难以处理。本课题的基础研究是基于有限元反分析的数值数据处理系统和基于图像处理技术的变形测量系统。以下是该项目的阅读发现和发展。在微机上实现了有限元逆分析。有限元反求程序可以处理二维轴对称弹性问题。研究了有限元反码开发过程中两种不同的参数估计技术。1)最小二乘估计2)卡尔曼滤波估计卡尔曼滤波技术的收敛性比最小二乘技术好得多。测试了两种不同的技术来确定试件在压缩下的变形。1)红外位移传感装置2)图像处理装置红外传感装置只有在处理相对较大的试样时才有用和有效。采用图像处理装置的方法可以灵活地处理多种不同尺寸的样品。以土地生产力为基础的产量。
