The manufacture of the denture bases was examined by using the injection molding system, varing the location of sprue and number of sprues for molding denture base. The resins used were polymethylmathacrylate(PMMA), polysulfone(PSF) and polyethersulfone(PES).The mechanical properties of these denture bases, stiffness and strength, were investigated by 4-point bending system. The specimen for bending test was constrained with steel plates to the right and left molar sides of dentures, and then the bending moment is loaded on two steel plates.The results obtained were as follows:(1) The location of sprues were optimum at right and left sides of denture edge, using two sprues with 6 mm in diameter.(2) the working houres were shorter than that of usual ones.(3) The adjustment of denture bases was good comparing with that of usual ones.(4) The mechanical properties of PSF and PES-dentures were excellent comparing with that of usal ones.
采用注射成型系统对义齿基托的制造进行了研究,改变了义齿基托成型的浇口位置和浇口数量。使用的树脂有聚甲基丙烯酸酯(PMMA)、聚砜(PSF)和聚醚砜(PES)。采用四点弯曲系统对义齿基托的力学性能、刚度和强度进行了研究。弯曲试验用钢板将试件约束在义齿的左右磨牙两侧,然后在两块钢板上加载弯矩。结果表明:(1)采用直径为6 mm的2个牙钉,牙钉位置在义齿边缘的左右两侧为最佳。(2)工作时间比平时短。(3)与普通基托相比,义齿基托的调整效果较好。(4) PSF和pes义齿的力学性能均优于普通义齿。
