上記の課題について, 大学所属の研究者と矯正機関の実務者計22名が共同研究をすすめるべく, 4つの下位課題((1)非行理論の比較検討, (2)非行の様態と矯正教育の歴史的考察, (3)現代非行の動向分析と位置づけ, (4)非行の地域性の比較考察)にそって研究をすすめた. 昭和62年11月, 東北大学を会場に「共同研究報告会」を開催し, 成果が以下のような題目・発表者によって報告された.(1)「高校非適応と非行」(山形少年鑑別所・水田恵三), (2)「道徳性の発達と非行」(神戸少年鑑別所・小林裕), (3)「非行少年の悪意識」(東京少年鑑別所・遠山宜哉), (4)「青少年非行の様態と矯正処置の歴史処置の展開に関する社会心理学的研究」(いわき少年鑑別所・渡辺成夫, 東北大学・菊池武剋, 作道信介), (5)「非行への家族の対応と伝統文化」(東北大学・大橋英寿, 那覇少年鑑別所・金城正典), (6)「逸脱と快楽のエスノグラフィー」(東北大学・佐藤郁哉), (7)「生徒指導における教師生徒関係の諸問題」(弘前大学・清俊夫), (8)「暴力犯罪における社会的相互作用の分析」(大阪教育大学・大渕憲一, 大阪拘置所・山入端津由), (9)「罪悪感についてー日本人の場合ー」(昭和女子大学・新田健一), (10)「明治初期における刑法理論の受容形成過程」(東京国際大学・安倍淳吉).全体討論の過程で次のような諸点の重要性が再確認された. (1)社会の耳目を集めるような事例にのみ注目するのではなく, 非行現象全体をとりあげる. (2)各非行事実を明確に直接とらえる. (3)とりあげる資料を時代史的変遷のなかに位置づけるだけの準拠枠をもつ. (4)全国レベルの資料を安易に利用するのではなく, 地域特質に応じて非行現象をとらえる.

The above topics include 22 researchers from universities and correctional institutions, 4 subordinate topics (1) comparative study of non-operational theory, 2) investigation of non-operational state and correctional education history, 3) analysis of the position of modern non-operational trends, 4) comparative study of non-operational regions). In November 1962, Tohoku University held a joint research conference, and the results were as follows: (1)"College is not suitable for business."(Yamagata Juvenile Identification Office·Mizuda Ezo), (2)"Tao De Xing no Da"(Kobe Juvenile Identification Center·Kobayashi Yu), (3)"Non-sexual juvenile consciousness"(Tokyo Juvenile Discrimination Center, Toyama Yoshiya), (4)"Social Psychology Research on the Development of Adolescent Behavior and Correction History"(Midori Kiki Juvenile Identification Office·Watanabe Naruo, Tohoku University·Kikuchi Takeki, Sakudo Nobusuke), (5)"Non-line family and traditional culture"(Tohoku University, Hidetoshi Obashi, Nagano Juvenile Identification Office, Kaneshiro Seiki), (6)"Itsutaku Kuai $>"(Ikuya Sato, Tohoku University), (7)"Student Guidance: Problems of Teacher-Student Relationship"(Kiyosaki Toshio, Hirosaki University), (8)"An Analysis of the Interaction of Violent Crime in Society"(Osaka University of Education, Kenichi Ohashi, Osaka Detention Center, Tatsuyu Yamari), (9)"Sensation of Crime in Japanese Situations"(Showa Women's University, Kenichi Nitta), (10)"The Formation of Criminal Law Theory in the Early Meiji Period"(Tokyo International University, Junkichi Abe). The importance of all points in the process of plenary discussion is reconfirmed. (1)Social eyes and ears gather together, and the case is noticed, and the phenomenon of non-behavior is all. (2)All things are clear. (3)The data of the times and the history of the times are changed from place to place. (4)The national data is easy to use, and the regional characteristics are not easy to use.
