テクニカラ-模型および前年度提唱した(Miransky・棚橋誠治・山脇)トップクォ-ク凝縮模型("トップモ-ド標準模型")の現象論的研究と、それら複合ヒグス模型の基礎となった非自明紫外固定点と大きな異常次元とをもつ力学系、とくに対称性の力学的破れに関する相構造の研究を中心に展開した。先ず、上記模型に本質的である4体フェルミ相互作用の役割を明らかにするため、はしご近似を越える近似として1/N展開法を用いて時空の次元が4未満(2<D<4)のとき(くり込み可能な4体フェルミ理論)、非自明紫外固定点と大きな異常次元γ_m=D-2を見出した(菊川芳夫・山脇)。これはD=4での4体フェルミ相互作用を伴なうゲ-ジ理論のはしご近似による分析と類似の結果であり、非摂動論的くり込み理論への手掛りを与えるものと思われる。また、トップクォ-ク凝縮模型の4体フェルミ相互作用の起源として、思いゲ-ジボソン交換(強結合ゲ-ジ相互作用)と重いスカラ-ボソン交換(強結合湯川相互作用)の両方の相構造をはしご近似で調べ、4体フェルミ相互作用と類似の結果を得た(近藤慶一・棚橋・山脇)。これは格子モンテカルロ法の結果とも整合する。一方、トップクォ-ク凝縮模型におけるヒグスボソンの質量m_Hをはしご近似の枠内で計算し、ゲ-ジ相互作用が少しでもあると、4体フェルミのみの場合の結果m_H【similar or equal】2m_t(m_tはトップクォ-クの質量)からずれてm_H【similar or equal】√<2>m_tになることを見出した(首藤晋・棚橋・山脇)。これは今後の実験的検証にとって重要である。また、漸近自由ゲ-ジ理論(QCD等)と4体フェルミ相互作用の共存する力学系の相構造について、前年度の解析的結果(Miransky・野々山龍彦・山脇)にひき続きコンピュ-タによる数値的研究を行ない、より詳しい知見を得た(中谷一・首藤・山脇)。

A phenomenological study of the condensed model ("standard model") proposed in the previous year and a research center on the phase structure of the complex model based on non-ultraviolet fixed points, large anomalous dimensions, self-evident mechanical systems, and symmetric mechanical solutions were developed. In this paper, we describe the essential of the above model, and use the 1/N expansion method to analyze the space-time dimension of 4-dimensional (2<D<4), non-self-evident ultraviolet fixed point and large anomalous dimension γ_m=D-2 (Yukikawa Yamawaki). The numerical value of the theory was studied in detail (Nakatani, Suto, Yamawaki).
