1.資料調査(1)「通航一覧」「通航一覧続輯」「続通信全覧」「阿部政弘事蹟」「照国公文書」合計22册の調査(2)東京大学史料編纂所「大日本維新史料稿本」の調査(計5回)(3)京都市霊山歴史館・伊勢市皇学館大学図書館の調査.2.資料収集(1)「通航一覧」以下より関係資料(ゼロックス紙)A4判3740枚分(2)「大日本維新史料稿本」より朝幕間折衝資料(フルサイズネガ・引伸し)B5判790枚分(3)関係図書・写本類より筆写資料(原稿用紙)950枚分収集3.研究成果幕末公武関係史上の重要案件たる弘化3(1846)年「海防勅諭」については(1)その発議者・関与者と特定できなかったが(2)老中阿部正弘ら幕府部内者, 徳川斉昭・島津斉彬ら有志大名もこれを"朝権進出の端緒"と受けとめた形跡なく(3)有志層もこの視角から認識するに至らなかった. 安政2(1855)年「毀鐘鋳砲太政官符」発布に関しては(4)斉昭が発議, 正弘これを受け寺院側の反発を抑える為朝命を仰ぐ形をとったという通説以上に出なかったが, (5)朝権進出を憂えた一部史僚の進言に正弘がそれほど危機感を持たず(6)斉昭もその自覚なく(7)斉彬ら有志大名・有志層も格別注意した事実はなかったと思われる. 以上のごとく両件はその時期重大な意義を果さず, 幕末公武関係史は通商条約是非問題以後に新局面を迎えると考える.4.今後の課題幕末の公武間の折衝は秘せられる傾向つよい為資料にあらわれにくく, 直接的な事実解明に困難がつきまとう. 当時各層の人士が「海防勅諭」「毀鐘鋳砲太政官符」等をどう認識しているか, 今後関係資料により更に広く調査をすすめてゆきたいと考える.

Anzheng 2(1855) year "destroyed bell gun Taizheng official symbol" issued related to the (4)(5) In and out of the morning, a part of the history of the official's advice is positive.(6) The sense of crisis is maintained.(7) The name of the person who has the intention to pay attention to the matter is not clear. 4. Future topics: The history of military relations at the end of the period, the conflict between the military and the public, the tendency of the conflict between the military and the public, and the difficulty of solving the problem directly. At that time, people at all levels were familiar with the "coastal defense instructions" and "the destruction of the bell gun and the official seal", and in the future, the relationship data will be further investigated.
