1.粉塵作業出稼ぎ経験者の追跡調査出稼ぎ珪肺患者が多発している富山県東部の5地域を選び、昭和52.53年の両年に患者把握のために出稼ぎの有無・粉塵作業の有無に関するアンケート調査を行った。この回答者を昭和63年まで10-11年間にわたり経過観察をおこなった。追跡可能であった2116人中、観察期間内の死亡者は361人であった。死亡原因のうち最も多かったのは悪性新生物であり、ついで脳血管疾患、心疾患、肺結核、塵肺の順であった。現在これら疾患死亡率に関して、出稼ぎの有無、粉塵職歴の有無、喫煙歴、及び自覚症状別に検討中である。2.粉塵作業出稼ぎ者の免疫異常昭和62・63年に健康診断を受けた40-69歳のトンネル作業などの粉塵作業出稼ぎ経験者159人(X線病型0-3)及び同年齢群の正常と思われる対照者251人に対し、液性免疫能と細胞性免疫能の検査をおこなった。粉塵作業者の免疫能の平均値は、IgG1505±340mg/dl、1gA288±124mg/dl、1gM117±55mg/dl、1gD2.8±(2.1)mg/dl(幾何平均)、83±(4)mg/dl・OKT3.62±10%、OKT4、39±9%、OKT8、25±8%、リンパ球幼若化試験PHA(SI)154±83、T細胞173±7%、B細胞15±6%であった。ところで免疫能は喫煙により影響を受けると言われ、本対象者でもIgG、IgAの低下とIgE、B細胞の上昇、また有意ではなかったがOKT3、OKT4/8、の上昇傾向がみられた。これを考慮しても対照群に比べ粉塵作業出稼ぎ者群は、IgA、IgD、B細胞の上昇とOKT3、OKT4、PHA(SI)、T細胞の低下が認められた。

The trace survey of dust workers showed that there were many cases of lung disease in the five regions of eastern Toyama, and the investigation of the presence or absence of dust workers was carried out in the year of 52.53. Immune abnormalities among dust workers In 2062 and 2063, 159 people (X-ray disease types 0-3) aged 40-69 who were exposed to dust workers and had normal thoughts in the same year were diagnosed as having immune abnormalities. Liquid immune function and cellular immune function were tested. The mean values of immune function in dust farming industry were IgG1505±340mg/dl, 1gA288±124mg/dl, 1gM117±55mg/dl, 1gD 2.8 ±(2.1)mg/dl(geometric mean), 83±(4)mg/dl·OKT 3.62 ±10%, OKT4, 39±9%, OKT8, 25±8%, PHA(SI)154±83, T cells 173±7%, B cells 15±6%. The immune function is affected by smoke, and the IgG, IgA, IgE and B cells are increased. The OKT3 and OKT4/8 are increased. The increase of IgA, IgD, B cells and the decrease of OKT3, OKT4, PHA(SI) and T cells were also considered.
