中国, 台湾, アメリカ西岸, オーストラリアについて, 華僑教育関係機関の資料収集を行い, 分析を進めた. また, 東アジア比較研究の観点から, 中国と台湾, 韓国と北朝鮮の僑民教育政策を比較するため, 北朝鮮の資料収集もあわせて行った.収集した文献・資料は, 既収集の関係資料及び学外機関の資料と共にカード化し, 約170ページに及ぶ『華僑教育関係文献・資料目録』(東京学芸大学海外子女教育センター刊)を刊行し, 研究機関等に配布すると共に, 研究者との交流に活用し始めている.また, 分析結果については, 次回日本比較教育学会において共同研究発表を行うべく, 準備・調整中である.第2年度は, 補充調査及び補充的な資料収集を行いつつ, 資料分析を本格化する計画である.

A comparative study of the educational policies of China, Taiwan and South Korea towards North Korean expatriates. Collection of documents and data, collection of relationship data and data from non-academic institutions, a total of about 170 pages and a few "Overseas Chinese Education Relations Documents and Data Catalogue"(Tokyo Gakugi University Overseas Children Education Journal) were published, distributed by research institutions, etc., and used for communication among researchers. The results of the analysis are presented in Japanese Comparative Education Association. In the second year, supplementary survey and supplementary data collection were carried out, and data analysis was carried out.
