项目摘要
The objective of this cooperative research is to develope and establish the rational evaluation method of safety and stability of floating type offshore structures and ships. Firstly the interracation effect of directionality of waves and combined environmental conditions, such as, wind, and current was investigated. Then the mathematical model for time domain simulation of motions of moored floating bodies was developed. With regard to ships the stability in the following waves was investigated. The evaluation method for the stability of life rafts was proposed. The content of the research work is divided into the following ten items: (1) Introduction (2) The state of the arts of rules of stability and safety of offshore structures (3) Statistics of casualty records of offshore structures (4) Stability of ships in following waves (5) Offshore structures in directional waves (6) Offshore structures in wind, wave and current (7) Motions of offshore structures in damaged condition and transient motions after brealxing of mooring lines (8) Low frequency motions of moored vessels (9) Separated flow and hydrodynamic forces around cylinders (10) Stability of life rafts.
本次合作研究的目的是开发和建立浮式海上结构物和船舶安全性和稳定性的合理评价方法。首先研究了波浪方向性与风、水流等综合环境条件的相互作用。然后建立了系泊浮体运动时域仿真的数学模型。对于船舶,研究了后续波浪中的稳定性。提出了救生筏稳定性评价方法。研究工作内容分为以下十项: (1) 引言 (2) 海上结构物稳定与安全规则研究现状 (3) 海上结构物事故记录统计 (4) 随波中船舶稳定性 (5) 定向波中的海上结构物 (6) 风、浪、流中的海上结构物 (7) 受损状态下的海洋结构物运动及瞬态运动 系泊缆绳的解离 (8) 系泊船只的低频运动 (9) 汽缸周围的分离流动和水动力 (10) 救生筏的稳定性。
