项目摘要

This study was carried out to clarify the microclimate and physiological effect of protective clothing. Four protective clothings (Protective Coveralls for Asbest abatement work, Chemical Protective Clothing, Protective Clothing for Agricultural Chemicals and Thermal insulative Clothing) were tested.Results obtained were as follows. 1. At the asbest abatement work in 25-27゚C,physiological strains were not so severe,but at the work in 2-3゚c higher environment,heart- rate counted 140-170 beat/min and rectal temperature rose about 40゚c. There was a high risk of suffering from heat illness. 2. From the results of wearing tests in climate room,microclimate of protective clothing became hot and humid, so it was very uncomfortable condition. 3. To improve the microclimate of protective clothing,the structure of fabrics, he textile properties and motional function of protective clothing were studied. From the view point of improvement of motional efficiency, protective clothing were necessary more amount of ease of length direction. 4. From a result of wearing test of protective clothing for agricultural chemicals, use of hood type blower showed good physiological responses. 5. An apparatus for a fabric evaluation of chemical protective clothing,especially acid protective clothing was designed.This apparatus was useful for screening of fabrics for chemical protective clothing.
本研究旨在阐明防护服的小气候和生理效应。测试了四种防护服(减灰防护服、化学防护服、农用化学品防护服和隔热服)。所得结果如下:1. 在25 ~ 27ºC的降灰作业中,生理应激不严重,但在2 ~ 3ºC较高的环境下,心率140 ~ 170次/min,直肠温度升高约40ºC。患中暑的风险很高。2. 从气候室的穿着测试结果来看,防护服的小气候变得湿热,非常不舒服。3. 为改善防护服的微气候,对防护服的面料结构、纺织性能和运动功能进行了研究。从提高运动效率的角度来看,防护服需要更多的长度方向上的宽松量。4. 从农药防护服穿着试验结果看,使用罩式鼓风机表现出良好的生理反应。5. 设计了一种化学防护服特别是酸防护服织物评价装置。该仪器适用于化学防护服面料的筛选。
