〔成果〕Southernハイブリダイゼーションにより、40歳女性の膀胱移行上皮内癌の1例に、HPV16型ゲノムを検出した。二次元アガロースゲル電気泳動法により、このHPV16型ゲノムはhost cell DNAにintegrateされておらず、該内にepisomeとして存在することが明らかとなった。この膀胱癌は特徴的な膀胱鏡所見を呈した。即ち、表面が白色ビロード状で極く軽度の隆起を有する扁平な病変が、膀胱頸部より膀胱左側壁にかけて広範囲に認められた。この様な膀胱鏡所見は一般の膀胱腫瘍では認められない。比較的よくみられる乳頭状移行上皮癌30例、扁平上皮癌1例、腺癌1例、浸潤移行上皮癌3例においては、HPV2、4、6、11、16、18型のうちの如何なる型も検出されなかった。〔所見〕以上の結果より、我々が発見したHPV16型ゲノムが存在した膀胱腫瘍は非常に稀であり、一般の乳頭状移行上皮癌、扁平上皮癌、腺癌、浸潤移行上皮癌にはHPVゲノムは存在しないと考えられた。しかしながら、今回プローブとして使用したHPV2、4、6、11、16、18型以外にも約50種類の型が知られているので、あるいは今回のプローブでは検出不能であったかもしれない。今後、プローブの種類をさらに増やして、膀胱移行上皮内癌を中心として、一般膀胱腫瘍についても更に症例を重ねて検討する必要がある。

The presence of HPV is rare. This time, you can use more than 50 models other than HPV2, 4, 6, 11, 16 and 18. This time, you will not be able to register your license this time.
