STUDY OF MAGNETOSPHERIC PHYSICS BASED UPON THE DATA ACQUIRED WITH SATELLITES

通过对美国卫星获得的磁场、电场和等离子体数据的分析，阐明了太阳风、磁层、电离层和大气之间的耦合在能量输运/转换和介质动力学方面的特征，包括：（1）大尺度2区场向电流系统与沉淀电子中心等离子体片和离子Alfven层的相互关系;（2）在近赤道近磁尾地磁偶极开始之前，场向电流系统的发展。

By analizing of magnetic field electric field and plasma data acquired with the U.S. satellites, we have clarified characteristics of the coupling between solar wind, magnetosphere, ionosphere and atmosphere in terms of energy transport/conversion and dynamics of the medium, which include the following: (1) Mutual relationship between largescale Region 2 field-aligned current system and central plasma sheet of precipitating electrons and ion alfven layer; (2) Preceding development of field-aligned current systems to an onset of geomagnetic dipolarization in the near-equatorial near-magnetotail.
