项目摘要

日本語教師の教授能力の恒常的伸長を目指すため自己研修・自己評価システムの開発研究を続けた。作年度までの試行をもとに,次の三つの評価視点により,それぞれの研修システム案の設定とそれに対する日本語育関係者の意見聴取をし,三つのシステムの改良を行った。(1) タスクによる自己研修(2) 学習者観察をとおした自己研修(3) 自分の授業観察をとおした自己研修まず,上記の3システムについて,広く意見を聴取するため,社団法人日本語教育学会員全員に呼びかけ,平成3年6月に,公開研究会を催した。うち150余名の参加者に対し,研究概要の説明とそれぞれのシステムの試行・意見聴取のための分科会を設け,多数有意義な意見をいただいた。その後,それらをもとに,研究分担者による検討を経て,3システムを改良し,試案にまとめた。これらの経緯については,報告書中に詳しく記した。(現在印刷中であるので,追って提示したい。)これらを受けて,各分担者グル-プがそれぞれ,関係機関等で,自己研修・自己評価の試行を続け,その概要も,上記報告書にまとめた。3か年の研究を通じて,日本語教師の教授能力は画一的評価基準によって測定・評価されるベきものではなく,評価基準そのものの変更を目指した復数の自己研修システムが開発されるベきであることが理解された。よって,今後,日本語教員として自己研修能力を備えた教員の養成システムの開発及び現職教員に対する業務内研修システムの確立が強く求められるわけである。そのためには,教授能力の課程認定について検討されるベきであると考える。
