1.今年度はアムール川中流域の辺民組織について、その形成から解体までの歴史を研究した。そのためにまず、現在国内で利用できる新満洲とクヤラ(辺民の子孫)の佐領執照と家譜の所在を調査した。従来は東洋文庫に新満洲の佐領執照が2点存在することが知られているだけであったが、最近公表された『清代譜牒〓案』の中には中国第一歴史〓案館所蔵の合計24点の新満洲とクヤラの佐領執照と家譜が収録されていた。また『満語研究』(1986年第2期)には黒竜江省富裕県に移住した新満洲トホロ氏の家譜が発表された。2.清朝は17世紀初め頃からアムール川中流域に進出し、住民を辺民として統治したが、当時の辺民組織に関して次の点を明らかにすることができた。(1)この地域の少数民族はバヤラ、メルジェレ、トホロ、ヘイ、フシハリ、ケイケレ、ウジャラ等の氏族に属すが、それらの氏族の大多数はアムール川下流域のナナイ族や南部地域の満洲族内部には存在しなかった。この事実は、彼らの民族系統を研究する上で重要である。(2)その部落はアムール川や烏蘇里江の流域と沿海地方南部の沿岸に限られる。大体数10戸程度からなる。(3)清はこれらの辺民に対して姓長、郷長等の階層を設け、毎年谷戸1枚ずつ貂皮か海貂皮を寧古塔まで進貢させた。3.清は康煕9年以降アムール川中流域の辺民の大半を新満洲佐領とクヤラ佐領に組織して、大規模な民族移動をひきおこしたが、その経過について以下の点が明白になった。(1)一部の辺民は康煕9年以前からすでに寧古塔や三姓の付近に移住を開始していた。(2)9年に編成されたクヤラ佐領は全部で14で、彼らは翌年にみな吉林に移駐した。(3)康煕15年に13年編成のいわゆる新満洲40佐領からさらに12佐領を新しくつくった。これら52佐領は各々寧古塔と吉林、一部はさらに盛京、北京、黒竜江へと移住したが、その過程を追跡することができた。
