We researched the condition of provisions of medical and welfare services in underpopulated and highly aged district, Hioki, Suzu city, Isikawa Prefecture.There are not a hospital and people can't reserve any welfare services.As a result We find that the people who are aged, sicked or handicapped can't live in underpopulated district.So they go to hospital in Kanazawa, the biggest city in Isikawa, or move into their children's house.We call this phenomenon an another underpopulating.We will study this phenomenon from various points of view.

本研究以石川县Suzu市Hioki市人口稀少、高龄化地区为研究对象，探讨医疗福利服务的提供状况。那里没有医院，人们不能预约任何福利服务。因此，我们发现老年人、病人或残疾人无法在人口稀少的地区生活。所以他们去金泽的医院，金泽是石川县最大的城市，或者搬到孩子们的家里。我们称这种现象为另一种人口不足。我们将从不同的角度研究这一现象。
