A working period of public works such as fill dam constructions is easily influenced by the rainfall conditions delaying the schedule.Therefore, it is very important how to take the rainfall condition into consideration in the construction planning, especially when the planning is examined to optimize introducing the technique of PERT.A study was carried out on the practicality of representing workable conditions according to the daily rainfall depth and found a permissible limit for impermeable zone works, which had a stock yard, such an extent as 1-3mm in rainfall depth a day for practical purposes.

土石坝等公共工程的工期容易受到降雨条件的影响而延误工期，因此在施工计划中如何考虑降雨条件是非常重要的。特别是当规划审查，以优化引入PERT技术，进行了研究的可行性条件，根据日降雨深度，发现了一个允许的限制防渗区工程，其中有一个堆场，这样的程度为1- 3毫米的降雨深度，每天为实际目的。
