The mechanism of chronic cardiac rejection in connection with the endothelial cell injury

本文从病理学和免疫学角度探讨了慢性心脏排斥反应的发生机制。观察移植冠状动脉的变化及受体T、B细胞对供体抗原的反应。采用无免疫抑制剂的刘易斯to Fisher大鼠同种异体心脏移植模型，观察移植冠状动脉的病理变化。实验二采用布法罗至刘易斯大鼠心脏移植模型，观察慢性排斥反应中受体大鼠T细胞反应（MLR、CML和fTc）的变化。大鼠经口灌胃给予环孢素10 mg/kg/天× 14天，移植心脏存活近100天。慢性排斥组和移植物存活组之间受体T细胞对供体抗原的反应性无统计学差异。两组均检测到抗供体抗体。

The mechanism of the chromic cardiac rejection was investigated from the pathologica or the immunological point of view. The changes of graft coronary artery were obseved and the responses of recipient T and B cells to donor antigen were also assesed.In the experiment 1. the pathological changes of graft coronary artery were investigated using the Lewis to Fisher rat cardiac allograft model with no immunosupressive drug. The changes in the intima and middle layer of the graft coronary artery were observed after 8 weeks post transplantation.In the experiment 2, T cell responses (MLR, CML and fTc) of recipient rats during the chronic rejection were analyzed in Buffalo to Lewis rat cardiac allograft model. The cardiac graft survived almost 100 days after transplantation in rats given Cyclosporine 10 mg/kg/day X 14days by oral gavage. There was no statistical difference between the chronic rejection group and graft survival group in connection with the responsibility of recipient T cells to donor antigen. And also, the anti-donor antibody was found in both groups.
