In this study, the development of code draft for controlling thermal crack width has been tried. To attain the aforementioned purposes, various representative estimation method proposed in the past have been investigated in terms of its accuracy by comparison with the field observed data as well as finite element analysis results as supplemental data though FEM results is not always equal to the field observation.At the same time, fracture energy of early age concrete has been obtained experimentally and used in FEM analysis. The examined method include (a) statistical method proposed by Ono or Urugi, (b)uni-axial approximation method proposed by Satoh or Yoshikawa, (c)extended compensation plane method, (d)simplified finite element method.From the comparison, the extended compensation plane method and the simplified finite element method were found to give good estimation to quite large range of structural forms. Hence, basing on those result, the practical calculation method which could be considered as the bases of code draft is proposed. In case of the extended compensation plane method, it consists of the definition of stress relief area and calculation method using compensation plane and in case of the simplified finite element method, it consists of desirable mesh size and proposal of double node crack development analysis.
本研究尝试编制温度裂缝宽度控制规范草案。为了达到上述目的,通过与现场观测数据以及作为补充数据的有限元分析结果的比较,研究了过去提出的各种代表性估算方法的准确性,尽管有限元结果并不总是与现场观测结果相等,同时,通过实验获得了早期混凝土的断裂能,并将其用于有限元分析。所考察的方法包括(a)Ono或Yoggi提出的统计方法,(B)Satoh或Yoshikawa提出的单轴近似方法,(c)扩展补偿平面法,(d)简化有限元法,通过比较发现,扩展补偿平面法和简化有限元法对相当大范围的结构形式都能给出很好的估计。在此基础上,提出了实用的计算方法,可作为规范编制的依据。在扩展补偿平面法中,包括应力释放区的定义和利用补偿平面的计算方法;在简化有限元法中,包括理想的网格尺寸和双节点裂纹扩展分析的建议。
