The purpose of this study is to obtain velopharyngeal competence by fat injection into retoropharyngeal space. This study is designed to compair the survivals of the fat which are transplanted with different methods using of White rabbits. The result is that the injected fat can survive less volume, but softer and more natural than the implanted one. We try injecting fat to the retropharyngeal space of velopharyngeal incompetent patient, and confirming the effectivity of fat injection.

本研究的目的是通过向咽间隙注射脂肪来获得咽功能。本研究旨在比较白色家兔不同方法移植脂肪的成活情况。其结果是，注射的脂肪可以存活更少的体积，但更柔软，比植入的一个自然。我们尝试将脂肪注射到下咽机能不全患者的咽后间隙，并证实脂肪注射的有效性。
