项目摘要

The strength of ship structure in collision is one of the important matters in the term of saving crews lives and preventing heavy disasters from the economic point of views, in the cases of which the collided ships are carrying dangerouse articles such as liquided natural gas and so on.1. In this research, time history of collision forces were correctly calculated by introducing mass, spring dash-pot system in the substructure where locally striked and by considering ship motions and ship hull vibrations of laterally collided ship in order to avoid over-estimation for collision forces. And extending this method, penetrations of the collided ship were approx mately estimated by using static destructive test result.2. In order to improve accuracy for the estimations by this method, the following fundametal researches were carried on :1)Added mass and hydrodynamic damping force were strictly calculated by solving equations of motions both for striked sub-structure and collided shib. It was cleared that the effect on collision phenomena owing to hydrodynamic damping force was more important than to added mass, especially for the heavy collision.2)An experimental method to estimate constructive damping for beam element, cross-beam element and plate element was developed and improved. And relations between damping coefficients and frequencies were obtained.3. The validity of this method was confirmed by analyzing an accidents of a high speed passenger ship longitudinally collided with break water at Awail Island in 1989.4. Design charts to estimate penetration on laterally collided Panamax bulkcarriers were presented.
船舶碰撞时的结构强度问题,从经济角度考虑,是挽救船员生命和防止重大灾害的重要问题之一,尤其是在碰撞船舶上装载有液化天然气等民用物品的情况下.本研究通过在局部碰撞的子结构中引入质量、弹簧阻尼器系统,并考虑横向碰撞时的船舶运动和船体船体振动,正确计算碰撞力的时间历程,以避免对碰撞力的过高估计。并将该方法推广,利用静力破坏试验结果对碰撞船舶的贯穿度进行了近似估算.为了提高该方法的估计精度,本文进行了以下基础性研究:1)通过求解被撞击子结构和碰撞船的运动方程,严格计算附加质量和水动力阻尼力。研究表明,流体动力阻尼力对碰撞现象的影响比附加质量的影响更大,特别是对于大碰撞情况。2)改进了梁单元、横梁单元和板单元相长阻尼的实验估算方法。得到了阻尼系数与频率的关系.通过对1989年Awil岛发生的高速客船与防波堤纵向碰撞事故的分析,验证了该方法的有效性。提出了估算横向碰撞巴拿马型散货船贯穿度的设计图表。
