Study on Cavity Cleansing Agents Applied to the Dentin Wall in Composite Restoration

(1)牙本质表面形态学变化与渗透性的关系测量了等渗盐水的渗透性，发现即使用涂抹层覆盖牙本质表面，渗透性也很小。使用6种牙本质清洁剂进行预处理后，测量过滤率和开放小管面积率（汇总见表1）。KE和SB能显著提高滤过率和开放小管面积率（t检验，P<0.01）。经直线回归分析，滤过率与开放小管面积率呈显著正相关（r=0.9214，P<0.01）。(2)调节后牙本质的剪切粘结强度与牙本质渗透性之间的关系PHOTO BOND^<TM>和PHOTO CLEARFUL BRIGHT^<TM>在每次调节后对牙本质的剪切粘结强度如表2所示。除15ED组外，KE组牙本质表面的剪切粘结强度显著高于其他组（t检验，P&lt;0.01）。线性回归分析显示，剪切粘结强度与滤过率之间无显著相关性（r=0.2036，P&lt;0.05）。

(1) The relationship between morphologic changes on dentin surface and dentin permeability after conditioningThe filtration of isotonic saline was measured and found to be very slight even when smear layers were used to cover the dentin surface. The filtration rates and area rates of open tubules were measured after conditioning using six kinds of dentin cleansing agents (summary in Table 1). KE and SB significantly increased the filtration rate and the area rate of open tubules more than the other ones (t-test, P<0.01). There was a significant relationship between the filtration rate and the area rate of open tubules using linear regression analysis (r=0.9214, P<0.01).(2) The relationship between shear bond strength to dentin and dentin permeability after conditioningThe shear bond strength of PHOTO BOND^<TM> and PHOTO CLEARFUL BRIGHT^<TM> to dentin after each conditioning are shown in Table 2. The shear bond strength of the dentin surfaces conditioned with KE measured significantly higher than the others except 15ED (t-test, P<0.01). There was no significant relationship between the shear bond strength and the filtration rate using linear regression analysis (r=0.2036, P<0.05).
