项目摘要

Radiation-induced aging on five serum components which were total cholesterol, inorganic phosphorus, albumin, glucose and GOT and considered to depend on age were measured sequentially in SAM-P/1 which was the senescence accelerated mouse.The regression equations of each observed value on age of week were calculated by each groups whose radiation dose were 0, 2, 3 and 4 Gy. The equality and dose-dependency of each regression coefficients were tested between groups.In inorganic phosphorus, radiation-induced aging was observed, and the type of aging was the accelerated aging, which changed the slant in regression line.In total cholesterol, albumin, glucose and GOT, radiation-induced aging were not observed.From these results, it was considered that the radiation-induced aging was different by items.
依次测定衰老加速小鼠SAM-P/1血清中总胆固醇、无机磷、白蛋白、葡萄糖、GOT等5种被认为与年龄有关的血清成分的辐射老化水平。以0、2、3、4 Gy剂量组计算各观察值对周龄的回归方程。各组间检验各回归系数的相等性和剂量依赖性。在无机磷中存在辐射诱导老化,老化类型为加速老化,改变了回归线的倾斜度。总胆固醇、白蛋白、葡萄糖、GOT均未见辐射致衰老。从这些结果可以看出,不同项目的辐射引起的老化是不同的。
