The Study on Nursing Care to Prevention of Elderly.

本研究旨在探讨护理工作对预防老年人之影响。因此，我们观察到老年人骨折后的恢复情况。方法：1）研究对象为17例老年骨折患者跌倒后足底接触面的变化。2）老年病医院的骨折老年人14例，无骨折老年人19例，结果：1）骨折老年人中股骨骨折占70%，2）骨折老年人中有一半死亡，3）骨折老年人足角狭窄，无骨折组双侧对称面积及姿势摆动均大于无骨折组。

The purpose of this study on nursing care to prevention of elderly. Thus we observed recovery from post fracture elderly. Study on the postural sway and contact surface of foot sole.Methods1)The subjects are 17 fracture elderly post falling. We observed their ADL from 1 to 3 years at one year interval.2)The subjects are 14 fracture elderly, and 19 without fracture elderly in the geriatric hospital.The results were as follows,1)The fracture of a thigh bone was 70% in fracture.2)One half of fracture elderly got to died.3)The fracture elderly foot angle were narrow, no bilateral symmetry area and the postural sway were larger than without fracture elderly.
