研究グル-プを二つに分け,平野 武研究グル-プ(平野武,新田光子研究員)は明治期以後の教団組織の変化に関する研究,またその基礎的研究として,各種の宗教法案・政府の手になる宗教法案,宗教団体法案のみならず,宗教界各方面から提案された宗教法案の整理分析を行ってきた。そのうち,政府案以外の宗教法案について報告書に資料として編集した。これにより,わが国の明治期から大正期に至る近代化の時期における宗教関係者の宗教法に対する意識・要求が明らかにされよう。安武敏夫研究グル-プ(安武敏夫,小畑雄治郎,古賀和則研究員)は平成元年以降継続研究中の連合国総司令部CIE関係文書の整理分析を行った。特に,古賀和則研究員を中心にして,William P,WoodardのStudy on Religious Juridical Persons Lawの研究を,宗教法人案の成立の経過に合せて行い,かつその翻訳を行ってきた。これによって,終戦後の連合国側の宗教政策の意図をかなり明らかならしめることができるものと考えている。本研究グル-プは,昭和63年度および平成元年度に科学研究補助金の助成を受け,「宗教団体における教団組織と宗教法人組織との相互関係に関する研究」の課題で,二年間の共同研究を行ってきたうえで,その成果については報告書にまとめ,さらにこの報告書を編集して,龍谷大学宗教法研究会(代表・安武敏夫)編「宗教法研究第10輯」として公刊してきた。今回の報告書も「宗教法研究第11輯」として公刊する予定であるが,この両書により,終戦後の連合国側のわが国宗教界に対する意図やその宗教政策が,資料と理論の両面から明確にすることができるものと確信している。

The research team of Hirano Takeshi (Hirano Takeshi, Researcher of Nitta Photonics) conducted research on the evolution of religious organizations after the Meiji period, basic research on religious laws, government initiatives, religious body bills, and proposals for religious laws in various areas of the religious community. The project "Research on the Relationship between Religious Organizations and Religious Legal Organizations" was conducted during two years of joint research, and the results were compiled."The 10th Series of Religious Law Studies," edited by the Religious Law Research Society of Tatsuya University (Representative: Yasutake Toshio). This report is titled "The 11th Series of Religious Law Studies" and is published in the journal of the United Nations.
