金融資産残高(株式を除く)と株式のキャピタルゲインの家計消費への影響を調べようと計測を試みた。モデルとしては恒常所得理論、ライフサイクル理論を考慮にいれたものを使い、経済企画庁『国民経済計算年報』、総務庁『家計消費年報』、『貯蓄動向調査』、日本銀行『経済統計年報』などの資料を使って推定を行った。非説明変数としては集計した家計消費だけでなく、種目別消費、所得階級五分位別のデ-タも使用した。残念ながら株式の上昇している時期しか分析ができておらず、1990年初期以降の株式の下落の影響は今のところデ-タが揃わず分析できていない。株式を除く金融資産残高と株式残高を分けて推定式に入れると一方は有意でなかったり、符号がおかしかったりして両者の家計消費に対する効果を識別することは難しかった。しかし別々に入れたり総計で入れると、とどちらも家計消費を有意に上昇させていた。この事は恒常所得理論に基ずいたモデルでも、ライフサイクル理論を考慮したモデルでも、両方の理論を考慮したモデルでも確めることが出来た。家計消費を耐久財、半耐久財、非耐久財、サ-ビスに分けて金融資産の影響を調べた結果、金融資産の上昇が有意な影響を与えていたのは耐久財とサ-ビス購入であり他の2つの財については有意ではなかった。また耐久財の金融資産弾力性が一番大きかった。所得階級別の分析でも高所得階級の方が金融資産上昇によって消費をより拡大していた。地価上昇による実物資産と金融資産の家計消費への影響の違いの分析、地価及び株式の下落が家計消費にどのような影響を与えたのかの分析は、今後デ-タのそろうのを待って実行の予定である。

The impact of financial assets on household consumption is measured. In addition, the National Economic Calculation Annual Report, the Household Consumption Annual Report, the Storage Trend Survey, and the Bank of Japan's Annual Economic Statistics Annual Report are estimated. Non-explanatory numbers are used in household consumption, category consumption, and income quintiles. The impact of the decline of the plant from the early 1990s is now analyzed. The analysis of income level shows that the increase of financial assets in the higher income class is due to the increase of consumption. Analysis of the impact of rising land use on household consumption of resources and financial assets, analysis of the impact of falling land use and financial assets on household consumption, and determination of future development.
