The purpose of this reseach is show the way life security-health, medical service, welfare, pension and housing-should be integrated in the age of postwelfare states. We have also studied their plural supply systems as they ought to be in the future. This three-year-research has proved the following :(1) The development of the quality and quantity of public services chiefly offered by self-governing communities is controlled by the administrative leadership and the size of self-governing communities.(2) Interface among services has just begun and in mostcases medical service takes the initiative in this activity.(3) The co-operation between different sectors such as public institutions, co-operative societies, private enterprises, and voluntary organization is practiced frequently but rather negatively due to the financial restrictions of public servicrs. It should be noted that co-operative society takes the lead in this matter and welfare co-operations offer very substantial services financially supported by the administration.(4) It can be concluded that the level of such social services as social security for citizens depends on the proportion of the residents' participation in it.

本研究的目的在于探讨在后福利国家时代，健康、医疗、福利、退休金与住房等生活保障的整合方式。我们还研究了他们的多元化供应体系，因为他们应该在未来。三年的研究证明：（1）以自治区为主体的公共服务的质与量的发展受行政领导和自治区规模的制约。(2)服务之间的接口刚刚开始，在大多数情况下，医疗服务在这一活动中占据主动地位。(3)公共机构、合作社、私营企业和志愿组织等不同部门之间的合作经常进行，但由于公共服务的财政限制，这种合作相当消极。应当指出，合作社在这方面起带头作用，福利合作社提供了由政府提供财政支助的非常重要的服务。(4)可以得出结论，公民社会保障等社会服务的水平取决于居民参与其中的比例。
