傍脊柱筋は解剖学的に多くの小束で構成され、その神経支配様式および脊髄神経後枝切断後の傍脊柱筋の神経再支配がいかに起こるかを解明すべく我々は研究を実施してきた。我々は現在術後各週令の後枝切断モデルを作製中であるが、それに加えて無処置猫の脊髄神経後枝の末梢神経内にHRP(horseraddish peroxidase)を注入し、脊髄レベルにおける神経支配部位(脊髄灰白質の染色部位)を確認した。脊髄前角の外側2/3の部位を中心に逆行性にラベルされた細胞が注入したレベルの上下-髄節レベルまで分布しており、非注入側には認められなかった。これと対比させるため、HRPを各レベルの筋束に直接注入し脊髄の染色を行っているが、現在のところ染色性を恒常的には証明することが出来ず、これが技術的未完成によるものか否か現在検討中である。今後HRPの筋肉内注入による脊髄染色を確実なものとし、脊髄レベルでの神経支配の局在を確認することで神経の支配様式を確認し、各週令の後枝切断モデルの神経再支配が起こる時期および再支配の様式について検討していく予定である。

The anatomy of the spinal tendon is composed of many fascicles, and the nervous system is controlled. The nervous system of the spinal tendon is controlled after the posterior branch of the spinal cord is cut. We also confirmed the injection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) into the peripheral nerve of the spinal dorsal branches of untreated cats and the identification of the nerve dominant sites (linear staining sites of polio) during the post-operative weeks of posterior branch amputation. In the lateral 2/3 of the anterior horn of the spine, the cells were injected and distributed in a retrograde manner, while the cells on the non-injected side were distributed in a retrograde manner. This is the first time that a person has ever been involved in an investigation. In the future, the spinal cord staining for HRP intramuscular injection will be confirmed, and the spinal cord re-control mode will be confirmed. The posterior branch of each cycle will be cut off, and the spinal cord re-control mode will be determined.
