项目摘要

本研究目的である建値制度の実態調査、市場機能、小売価格形成への効果についての実証的分析により以下の点が解明された。今年度は特に建値制度とリベート、協賛金等の補完的関連について、対象業種(家電、加工食品、酒類(ビール))についてヒアリングにより実態調査を実施し、リベートの歴史的存立プロセスと現在の建値制度の補完的作用の実態について整理ができた。次に垂直的市場構造下における価格形成メカニズムという包括的理論問題をふまえ、わが国の建値制度の小売価格形成への関連については、価格形成主体がメーカーから川下の小売業(特に大規模小売業)への移行と同調する形でメーカーによる建値制度が崩壊しつつある。当該動向は独禁法ガイドライン提示で象徴される法規制等の強化により、今後も加速するものと予想される。当該調査資料から得た仮説について検証可能な部分の研究を現在進めており、第一段階で提示した「既存理論研究・調査報告のサーベイ」、「論点整理」を追加し、今春、付属経済研究所のディスカッションペーパーとして脱稿し、日本商業学会(北海道部会)での学会発表の後、商学討究・第45巻2号(1994)により公表予定である。尚、残りの研究項目「メーカー多元的価格行動とチャネル政策との関連性、水平的競争構造、垂直的市場の特性」についての調査は、認可された科研費用が要求額を満たなかったため、アンケート調査実施費用と当該データの解析に必要な設備費(コンピューター)が不足し、今後の研究課題として平成6年度科研費(奨励研究(A))に追加申請中である。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual situation of the system, market function, and the effect of small market formation. This year, we are focusing on the implementation of research on the status of the establishment of a special value system, the establishment of a history of the establishment of a value system, and the status of the completion of the establishment of a value system for businesses (household appliances, processed foods, and alcohol). This spring, the research report of the Institute of Business Studies affiliated to the Japan Business Association (Hokkaido Ministry) was released, and the business discussion No. 45, No. 2 (1994) was published. The research project "Multi-dimensional actions, cluster policies, and correlations, horizontal competitive structures, and vertical market characteristics" was conducted in the research and approval department. The research expenses were requested to be increased, and the research implementation expenses were insufficient when the analysis of the data was conducted. Future research projects are currently under application for additional research fees (incentive research (A)).
