项目摘要

本研究の目的は、流通経路構造の変容の中で建値制度が、流通市場で効果を失ないつつある現状を解析し、その要因を今後の傾向を解析することにある。分析の結果、以下の点が、明確となった。まず建値制の崩壊の現状が明確となった。一般に古い体制の流通行動を呈する医薬品流通業界や、酒類業界では依然として、当該制度が、維持されている可能性が高いことがヒアリング調査(道内の該当卸売業界)により指摘できた。しかし、他の多くの業界では、当該制度の効果が薄れている(同ヒアリング調査)。これらの傾向の強い業界の流通構造、行動を見ると卸売段階での集約化、大手卸売業者による品揃標準化(プロトタイプ化)による支配が進行し、流通組織変革が生じている。これらの傾向は大手量販小売業の要請に対応したものと考えられる。当該諸点については、H6年度末のアンケート調査の解析により明確となる。以上の結果は、H7年の在外研究における日・米・欧での比較研究により、より理論を精緻なものとして、平成7年度中に研究成果を公表する。
