1.資料体の収集・整理(1)日英の統計資料・関連文献リストを作成し、定義・区分の違いを明らかにし、住生産に関する比較可能性の検討を行った。資料の扱う範囲についてはほぼ一致しているが、統計データソースの抽出方法及び幾つかの区分・定義の違いに留意する必要があることが把握された。(2)米国の住生産関連文献をピックアップし、収集整理を行った。2.住宅需給とその背景に関する比較統計資料を用いて、日・英・米の住宅需給状況の比較を行い、地域性による住生産属性の差異、生産の格差等の存在を確認した。3.住宅生産関連技術に関する比較(1)9カ国11地域を対象に、建築構法関連資格・制度の国際比較を行い、業務範囲、人数、統括組織、資格付与基準、根拠法等の現状を把握した。(2)全国の79大学のカリキュラム分析を行い、日本の建築構法教育の現状を把握した。(3)12カ国15大学の海外建築学科のカリキュラムを収集・分析し、建築教育に関する国際比較を試みた。4.行政施策(公共セクター)に関する比較日・英・米の公共住宅供給状況を把握した後、日本における公共セクターの住宅供給形態を把握する為、名古屋市を対象に戦後の住宅都市整備公団の活動状況及び供給住宅属性を分析し、年代による差異を把握した。

Comparison of technologies related to residential production (1) Grasp the status quo of 9 countries, 11 regions, international comparison of building structure related qualifications and systems, business scope, number of people, overall organization, qualification payment and standards, and root methods. (2)Analysis on the current situation of architecture education in Japan (3)12 International comparison of architecture education in overseas architecture disciplines of 15 universities in China 4. After comparing the supply of public housing in Japan with that in Japan, the supply pattern of public housing in Japan and Nagoya City, the activity status of public housing in Nagoya City and the property of public housing in Japan were analyzed.
