Comparing Manufacturing Practice Between Japan and Korea

In general, Korea is much behind of Japan in Manufacturing. Korea intends to diversify the products variety, but is confronting some troubles because of low skill in manufacturing. On the other hand, Japan is excellent in manufacturing skill, but shows not good performance in production lead time, that will become more important in the competitive environment.The research should be continued to the in-depth analysis.
