本研究計画では、研究分担者を以下の3班構成として研究を実施した。(1)清朝前期の〓案・文献研究班(神田、松村、河内、佐藤、松浦茂)は、主として康煕朝以前の〓案・版本等に関する調査・研究を担当。(2)清朝中期の〓案・文献資料研究班(加藤、細谷、香坂、松浦章、石橋、岸本、楠木)は、主として雍正朝以降の〓案・版本等に関する調査・研究を担当。(3)清朝後期の〓案文献資料研究班(濱下、江夏、中見、ダニエルス)は、主として南京条約以降の〓案・版本等に関する調査・研究を担当。平成4年9月、研究代表者加藤および3班を代表して、(1)班の神田、松村、(2)班の細谷、(3)班の中見の5人が研究打ち合わせ会を開き、当該年度の研究計画と、将来予定される国際研究集会「清代〓案国際シンポジウム」(仮称)に関する協議を行なった。その結果国際シンポジウムは平成8年度開催を目途に準備を行ない、そのために日本側の重要なテーマのひとつである「日本における中国〓案資料研究の現状と課題」(国際集会においては、中国、台湾、イタリア、アメリカ合衆国の研究者が、各々の国における中国〓案資料研究の現状を報告する予定である)について、現在のわが国における〓案研究の状況、また各研究者の抱える問題、そして中国における〓案保存機関の現状などを調査整理することになった。また同年11月、研究代表者と各分担者が会して全体研究会を実施し、清朝文書資料に関する全体的把握と個別研究に関する検討・討論を行なった。そして、これらの調査と研究を総合する報告書を作成した。本報告書は、中国を代表する清朝史研究者である金啓〓氏にも原稿を依頼し、併せて代表者および各分担者たちが実際に調査を行なった中国や台湾の文書保存機関における清代〓案の現状ならびに〓案に関する種々の情報などをまとめている。また、もうひとつの大きな研究課題であるわが国における清代〓案に関する諸情報のデータベース化については、現在、各分担者がそれらを集積・整理中であり、データ処理ソフト等の問題を検討したのち、あらためて具体的なかたちで公表する予定である。
