Till 1960 of industrial Japan, there were many differences between big enterprise and smallcorporation. These differences called dual structure. After The period of highly economic growth, These dual structure of visual side bad solved. But we have thought that the human side of it never solved. One of human side of enterprise means human resorce development. This thesis treats human resorce development on small corporation, and we knew small corporation is similar with big enterpise.

直到20世纪60年代的工业日本，大企业和小企业之间存在着许多差异。这些差异被称为二元结构。经过经济高速增长期，这些视觉上的双重结构得到了解决。但我们一直认为，人为方面的问题从未得到解决。企业人的一面是人力资源开发。本文从中小企业的人力资源开发入手，了解到中小企业与大企业的相似之处。
