项目摘要

本年度は、本研究の計画最終年度であった。本研究の主課題である航空機の離着陸待ち時間を評価値とする滑走路の実用容量の算定法については、既にその算定方式をシミュレーションモデルにより開発し、実際に単一とクローズドパラレルの滑走路について計算し、論文にして発表もしている(平成7年度)。ただ、この容量は時間容量として算出されており、これを日容量ないしは年間容量に拡大するためには、当該計画空港における1日の航空機離着陸時刻分布ないしはピーク率を中心とする時刻分布の特性値を推計することが必要になる。本年の研究課題は、この点に集中することになった。世界の代表的な空港32港と日本の9空港の定期便時刻表を入力し、離着陸時刻分布図を作成し、それより23の分布特性値を読み取った。これを主成分分析にかけて分布型の分類を試みたところ、離陸は6つ、着陸は4つの類型に分類できた。しかし、所期の目的を達成するためには、計画空港の所属類型を予測できたとしても、直接厳密な時間帯別離着陸回数の推計に結びつけることは難しい。このため、この分布型分類の決定に大きく寄与した、ピーク率,ピーク時刻,始終発時刻,深夜率等の特性値を、別途採取した33個の空港特性値によって説明するモデル式を開発し(主として重回帰分析による)、これより求めた分布特性値から、離着陸分布図を構成する方策をとることとした。分析の結果は、ピーク時刻を中心に未だ推計に使用するに耐えない特性値が残ったものの、分布図の概形を予測することに成功しており、主要な分布特性値も推計できるので、所期の目標をおおむね達成したものと考えられる。

This year is the final year of the study.
