I felt confident that Japanese Medreval Buddhism had theree views of thought- "constitutional Buddhism" and "non constitutional Buddhism" and "super constitutional Buddhism".The constitutional Buddhism of Kamakura goverment was mainly consisted of "Zenmitsu Doctrine" (comibination of Rinzaizen and shsngon Buddhism).Kamakura Goverment used its "Zenmitsu Doctrine" in the Eastern Area as the right of religion.The pilgrim of Tokiyori to the Eastern Area was its historical demonstration.

笔者认为，日本密宗佛教有“立宪佛教”、“非立宪佛教”和“超立宪佛教”三种思想观点，而镰仓政府时期的立宪佛教主要是“禅光主义”（仁济禅院和禅宗佛教的结合）。镰仓政府使用其“禅光教义”东境的宗教权利是东境宗教权利的历史体现，东境的常赖朝圣是东境宗教权利的历史体现。
