Wistar系雄性ラットを高アンモニア血症群(10M ammmonia acetate 10μl/h 6日間腹腔内持続投与)、対象群(同方法にて生理食塩水投与)に分け、開始6日目に24時間絶食の後に4時間、23℃にて水浸拘束ストレスを施行した。結果1)血清アンモニア値は高アンモニア血症群で正常の3〜4倍に上昇した。2)血清アルギニン値は高アンモニア血症群において有意に増加していた。3)ストレス潰瘍の発生は高アンモニア血症群において有意に抑制されていた。4)血清nitrite,nitrateの和すなわちNO_xは高アンモニア血症群において有意に上昇していた。5)高アンモニア血症群に、水浸拘束ストレス前にNO合成酵素阻害薬であるL-NAME投与すると、潰瘍発生は対照群と同等であり、その発生を抑制しなかった。6)胃粘膜血流はコントロールにおいて低下するも、高アンモニア血症群では低下しなかった。しかし、L-NAME投与においては高アンモニア血症においても胃粘膜血流は有意に低下した。結論以上より、アンモニアが肝にて解毒される際、アルギニンを産生するが、このアルギニンはNO前駆体であることより、高アンモニア血症ではNO産生が増加し、それに伴う血管収縮抑制がストレス潰瘍抑制へとつながった推察された。

The male Wistar strain was subjected to high temperature fasting (10M ammonia acetate 10μl/h intraperitoneally for 6 days) and water immersion at 23℃ for 4 hours after 6 days of fasting. Results 1) Serum albumin levels increased 3 to 4 times higher than normal in the high albumin serum group. 2)The serum level was higher than that of the control group. 3) The development of the sores is high in temperature, and the blood group is intentionally inhibited. 4)Serum nitrite,nitrate and NO_x levels are elevated intentionally in the blood group. 5)High levels of NO synthase inhibition, inhibition of NO synthase inhibition. 6)Gastric mucosal blood flow is low, high, and low. L-NAME administration is high in gastric mucosa and blood flow is low on purpose. Conclusion: The above results indicate that NO production increases with the increase of vasoconstriction inhibition and the increase of ulcer inhibition.
