1.反射性交感神経性萎縮症のモデル作成7週齢雄性SDラットを対象とし、ネンブタール麻酔下に右坐骨神経の部分結さつを施行した。3週間後、足底部に温度刺激を与え、反応時間が1秒以上短縮しているものを反射性交感神経性萎縮症のモデルと判断して実験に使用した。我々の用いた方法ではモデルの作成率は約42%で、106匹のラットを使用し44匹の実験モデルを得た。2.非ステロイド系消炎鎮痛薬(アセチルサリチル酸)のくも膜下腔投与生理食塩群23匹、アセチルサリチル酸30nmol群11匹、60nmol群10匹とした。ネンブタール麻酔下に腰部くも膜下腔にポリエチレンカテーテルを入れ、各溶液10μlを投与した。3・肢位、行動および疼痛域値の観察(1)肢位、行動:3段階に分けて評価したが、各群間に差はなかった。(2)温度刺激に対する反応:(3)圧刺激に対する反応はラットの把握の仕方によってバラツキが大きいため、サーモグラフに変更した。4.まとめ:肢位、行動および温度刺激に対する反応には、治療によると考えられる変化は認められなかった。しかし、サーモグラフでは患肢の温度が健康肢より高くなる傾向がみられた。今後、投与量の増量と投与時期の検討を加える必要があると考えられた。
