対象は広島大学歯学部附属病院小児歯科に来院した歯牙年齢がIIC期以降の全身疾患を有さない小児とし,上顎あるいは下顎前歯部が4本以上永久歯に交換している者とした。対象者は男児10名女児7名計17名で平均年齢は7歳7ヶ月であった。被検歯として,上顎中切歯,上顎側切歯,下顎中切歯,下顎側切歯を選択し,Sillness & LoeによるPlaque Indexと,Loe & SillnessによるGingival Indexを測定し,各歯のpocket depthを4点法で測定し,プロービング時の出血の有無をBleeding Indexとした。また,被検歯の唇側歯肉溝内に歯肉溝慘出液測定用瀘紙(ペリオペーパー)を30秒間挿入し,液量をペリオトロン エコノミー(Harco Electronics Ltd,.Winnipeg,Canada)で測定し,歯肉溝沁出液量と前述の各種臨床パラメーターとの相関を調べた。結果1.歯肉炎の程度Gingival Indexと臨床パラメーターPlaque Index,Pocket depthの間には統計学的有意差は認められなかった。2.歯肉溝慘出液量についてはGingival Index,Pocket depth,Plaque Indexとの間には統計学的有意差は認められなかった。3.統計学的有意差は認められなかったが,萌出途上の幼若永久歯の歯肉溝沁出液量は萌出の完了している歯牙よりも液量が多い傾向が認められた。以上の結果から幼若永久歯の歯肉炎については萌出の程度のほうが歯肉炎の各種臨床パラメーターよりも歯肉溝沁出液量に相関性がある可能性が示唆された。

Intentional differences in statistics are not the same as those of the young ones on the way out. The amount of fluid that comes out of the ditch is too much, and the tendency is to admit that the amount of fluid is too much. The results of the above are as follows: if the child is permanently exposed to the disease, the degree of the emergence of the disease is different. There is a clinical correlation between the amount of fluid discharged and the possibility of clinical diagnosis.
