项目摘要

歯肉炎の診査は、発赤・腫脹等の視診による方法、歯周ポケット検査、プロービング時の出血等による方法を使用されることが多い。特に歯肉炎の診査では、若年者が対象であることが多く、侵襲性の少ない診査方法が好ましく、かつ客観性の高い診査方法であることが重要である。本研究は、トノメーター(i-care^<TM>)改造し、侵襲性の少ない歯肉トノメーター(以下トノメーター)として用い、歯肉炎診査の有用性を検証した。対象は、健康と思われる成人男性8名(平均年齢24.5歳、ragne:23-27)の可及的健康と思われる前歯部歯肉である。測定対象となる患者からは、前もってインフォームドコンセントを書面で得た。測定装置としてトノメーター(i-care^<TM>)改造し、歯肉トノメーターとして用い、対象者の上下顎前歯部頬側歯間部歯肉の硬度を測定した。対象部位の歯肉溝の深さおよびBOPも同時に測定した。健常歯肉の硬さは、平均40.8±15.6mmHgで、上顎が下顎より硬いことが示された。歯肉硬さと歯肉溝深さとの相関も示された。しかし改良型のトノメーターの測定条件からさらなる改良が必要となったことで、再度改良を施した。また、これにより再度測定方法を解析する必要があると考えられ、さらなる研究の必要性が示唆された。

The necessity of the study was demonstrated.
