舞踊の社会的認知度を高め文化的視点から舞踊を理解していく方法の一つとして、特に観賞を導入した授業の受け手(舞踊学習者)に、より多角的な観賞活動へのアプローチを行うということは、大きな意義が見いだせるものであると考えられる。そこで本研究では、まず先行研究を基に教師の指導性に即し、これまでの研究では明らかにできなかった受け手(舞踊学習者)の潜在的欲求・能力の顕在化のための自発的授業確立の要素を探求することを目的とした。そのために、運動を媒体とした学習と指導との関連を示したガニエ(1982)の「学習位相と教授事象の関係」を基に、Judith A.Grayの受け手(舞踊学習者)への影響を把握することができる“Feedback"(1989)モデルをこの研究の中心的コンセプトとした。それを基に、1時間完結型の授業における舞踊創作作品をジャンル別に分類した上で、異なった特性・属性を持った受け手(舞踊学習者)の自己評価・相互評価が、自発的に及ぼす影響を検討した。その結果、以下のことが明らかになった。1.受け手(舞踊学習者)の舞踊認知構造には、“Encoder〜Decoder"のプロセスに通じる鑑賞のフィードバック機構が関係しているが、舞踊における単一運動、系列運動、連続運動、作品といった質的側面の把握、およびそこから想起される事象の把握は、これらのプロセスを通した一元的なフィードバックでは学習者の成就・達成感は薄いことが明らかになった。2.分類した舞踊創作作品のジャンル特性と受け手(舞踊学習者)の特性および属性は、特に相互評価時に、相関がみられることが確認された。
