Poly(azolyl)borato-Metallkomplexe sollen als Bausteine für die Ausbildung von kovalenten und nichtkovalenten polymeren Netzwerkstrukturen untersucht werden. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit soll der Ausbildung von polynuklearen Komplexen und porösen Koordinationspolymeren gewidmet werden. Die Netzwerke sollen hinsichtlich ihrer elektronischen Eigenschaften und bezüglich ihrer Struktur mit geeigneten Methoden untersucht werden.
