1.コラーゲンの免疫組織学的検討皮膚線維腫20例、隆起性皮膚線維肉腫12例のパラフィン包埋切片を用いて、コンドロイチナーゼ消化後、抗I型、抗III型コラーゲンモノクロナール抗体で反応させた後、二次抗体(抗マウスIgG)を反応させ、DAB/H_2O_2で発色させた。その結果、抗I型コラゲンモノクロナール抗体染色では、皮膚線維腫20例、皮膚線維肉腫12例の全例において陽性所見を示した。それに対して、抗III型コラーゲンモノクローナル抗体染色では、皮膚線維腫については2例に弱陽性を認めたが、他の18例は陰性であった。しかし、皮膚線維肉腫については12例中3例に陽性、4例が陰性であった。したがって、皮膚線維肉腫においてより高頻度に強く染色される傾向を認めた。2.ムコ多糖の免疫組織学的検討皮膚線維腫20例、隆起性皮膚線維肉腫12例のパラフィン包埋切片を用いて、抗コンドロイチンOS、抗コンドロイチン4S、抗コンドロイチン6S抗体で反応させた後、二次抗体(抗マウスIgG)を反応させDAB/H_2O_2で発色させた。抗OS抗体では、皮膚線維腫20例中17例陽性であり、皮膚線維肉腫12例中10例が陽性であった。抗4S抗体では、皮膚線維腫20例中3例に陽性、他の17例は陰性、隆起性皮膚線維肉腫12例中7例陽性、5例陰性であった。抗6S抗体では、皮膚線維腫20例中17例陽性、隆起性皮膚線維肉腫12例中0例陽性であった。したがって抗4S抗体染色では、皮膚線維腫においてより高頻度に陰性所見を示す傾向がみられた。今後これらの結果を裏付けるために、生化学的な検索と統計学的な分析を進める予定である。

1. Immunohistologic examination of serogroup: 20 cases of dermatological linear swelling, 12 cases of raised dermatological linear swelling, 12 cases of serogroup embedded sections were digested with serogroup, anti-serogroup I and anti-serogroup III antibodies were detected, secondary antibodies (anti-serogroup IgG) were detected, DAB/H2O2 was detected. The results showed that all cases of 20 cases of skin linear swelling and 12 cases of skin linear swelling were positive for anti-type I antibody staining. 2 cases were weakly positive and 18 cases were negative. 3 cases were positive and 4 cases were negative. The skin line swelling is highly frequent and the staining is strong. 2. Immunohistologic study of the polysaccharide in 20 cases of dermatome and 12 cases of dermatome with raised dermatome. The results showed that anti-CD30, anti-CD4S, anti-CD6S antibodies and secondary antibodies (anti-CD30 IgG) were detected by DAB/H2O2. Anti-OS antibody was positive in 17 of 20 cases and in 10 of 12 cases. Anti-4S antibody was positive in 3 of 20 cases of skin linear swelling and negative in 17 of 12 cases of raised skin linear swelling. Anti-6S antibody was positive in 17 of 20 cases of skin linear swelling and 0 of 12 cases of raised skin linear swelling. Anti-4S antibody staining was found to be highly frequent and negative in skin lesions. In the future, the results of the study will be determined.
