项目摘要

本研究は、日本経営工学会、日本オペレーションズ・リサーチ学会、日本品質管理学会を中心とする経営工学関連学会によって重点領域研究を実施するための準備研究として行ったものである。15名の研究分担者によって5回の全体会議を開き、重点領域研究の目標、領域の範囲を検討するとともに、各計画研究の詳細に関しては、各班で会合を開き、密接な連絡のもとに検討を行った。研究項目として、以下の6項目を中心に行うことが定められた。A研究開発システムの国際的一元化にする研究B生産・物流システムの国際的一元化に関する研究C国際的情報処理システムに関する研究D環境マネジメントに関する研究E社会システムの品質に関する研究F経営工学的方法論に関する研究組織経営の変革を促す要素は戦争原理と技術革新及び外部圧力である。しかし、経営の基礎の多くは従来その組織に保有されている文化、習慣で構成されている。これらは歴史的に互いに拮抗するものとなることが少なくない。グローバリゼーションの問題は歴史的のみならず、空間的に文化、習慣の違いが一つの経営体の中で存在するところにある。ここでの問題を多くの視点から発掘し、それらが生みだされてきた歴史的経過を明らかにして、課題の解決を目指して研究を行う。

This research is conducted by the Japan Institute of Management, the Japan Institute of Quality Management and the Japan Institute of Management Technology. The 15-member research team held five plenary meetings, focused on the objectives of the research, the scope of the research, and the details of the research. Research on international information processing D. Research on environmental management E. Research on quality of social technologies F. Research on methodology of management technologies C. Research on organizational management and promotion of elements of technological innovation and external pressure Many of the foundations of management are based on the culture and habits of the organization. This is the first time that I've ever been in a relationship. The problems of social development include the problems of history, space, culture and habits, and the problems of social development.
