I can indicate the style and the work of Carpenter Sakubei Takahashi, Tozaemonnojyoyoshinori Shinokawa, Kotaro Shiga, Chouemon Amamoto, Uuemon Oka and Carpenters of Usuki city in Oita prefecture etc..Carpenter Sakubei Takahasi lived at Karatsu city in the early 18th century. He built the main building of Shiroyama shrine in 1708 and Yodohime shrine in 1718 at Imari city in Saga prefecture. Two main buildings resemble the structure and the style closely. Especially the motif of the sunrise from the sea in the center of the facade of the "moya" and the motif of the flower arranged in the bamboo of "tabasami" are used. I think that Sakubei Takahashi's intention is hided in these "tabasami".Carpenter Tozaemonnojyoyoshinori Shinokawa built the buiding of Takuseibyo in 1705 and the main building of Wakamiyahachimangu in 1714. I think that the unobtrusive scrupture of inside indicates the identity of carpenter Shinokawa because there is the scrupture of Japanese chestnuts on the inside of "kaerumata" of Wakamiyahachimangu main building and the beam of Takuseibyo. Now the both buildings coexist at Taku city in Saga prefecture.Carpenter Kotaro Shiga built the main building of Imari Shrine in 1817 at Imari city and the gate of Ryusenji temple in 1833 at Nishiarita cho. I think that he was influenced Takuseibyo because he is storonged the carving of swimming carps in the running water.Carpenter Chouemon Amamoto built the main building of Saiseiji temple in 1740 at Tosu city and "zusi" attached "wakishoji". It is unusual.Carpenter Uuemon Oka built the main building of Matsuoka Shrine in 1679 and Tenman Shrine at Kashima city. He excels the carving of the flowers of the camellia and the diamoud-shaped heraldic figure.
