今回の研究では,2部門内生成長モデルの一般化および長期均衡径路の特性に関する研究を中心に行った.この研究に関連するものとして,Journal of Economic Theory, Vol. 63 (1994)での,一般的2部門内生成長モデルにおける長期均衡径路の不定性の議論があるが,そこで展開されたモデル分析を基礎に,長期均衡径路の存在性,安定性,一意性,および不定性の考察,さらには一般的2部門モデルでの経済厚生分析などを試みた.これらの研究の過程において参考となるのは,新古典派2部門モデルから今日の内生的成長モデルに至る数々の議論であり,これらは内生的経済成長関連図書の購入によってサポートすることができた.これらの研究の中で成果が得られたものとしては,均衡が不定となる可能性のあるパラメータ集合のもとで,厚生分析を行った点が挙げられる.特に,知識の外部性を導入した一般的2部門モデルにおいて,知識の外部効果の大きさと長期均衡径路の経済厚生の関係を,ある程度明らかにすることができた.それは,社会厚生を最大にするような,最適な外部性の大きさが存在するというものである.これは,均衡が不定である場合でも,真に最適な経済成長径路が1つだけ存在する可能性を示唆するものである.また,公共資本と民間資本からなる2部門内生成長モデルに関する厚生分析も試みた.中でも,公共資本の利用が有料化されているような内生的成長モデルのもとで,政府の成長政策と最適租税政策に関する研究を行った.その結果,初期の経済の状態に対応して,成長政策と最適租税政策が一致する場合と,そうでない場合があることが明らかになった.

This paper focuses on the generalizations of endogenous growth and characteristics of long-term equilibrium paths in two sectors. In this paper, we discuss the existence, stability, consistency and uncertainty of long-term equilibrium paths in general two-sector endogenous growth model,Journal of Economic Theory, Vol. 63 (1994). The neoclassical school has two branches: the study of endogenous growth and the study of the purchase of books. The results of this research are as follows: the probability of equilibrium is uncertain, and the probability of equilibrium is uncertain. In particular, the externality of knowledge is introduced into the general two-sector relationship, and the external effects of knowledge are large and long-term equilibrium paths are rich in relationships. The most appropriate externalities exist in society. In this case, the equilibrium is uncertain, and the optimal growth path is true. Moreover, the endogenous growth of the two sectors of public capital and private capital is closely related to health analysis. In the meantime, the utilization of public capital is becoming more and more important. As a result, the initial state of the economy is consistent with the growth policy and the optimal tax policy.
