従来、企業年金の経済効果としては、報酬の繰延べやバックローディングの仕組みにより、従業員の離職行動を制御し、雇用・訓練費用を効率的に回収することのみが取り上げられてきた。いわば労働経済学からのアプローチが中心であった。本研究ではこうした伝統的アプローチからは離れ、企業年金財務の観点からその経済効果を分析する手法をとる。具体的には、母体企業の倒産などによる企業年金の制度終了を想定し、制度終了リスクを資本家・株主と従業員がいかに分担するかを考察することで、企業年金のもつリスク・シェアリング効果を解析する。こうして、企業年金の経済効果を資金の移転としてでなく、リスクの分担・分散の側面からとらえることで、「情報の経済学」のフレームワークを活かしたより本質的分析が可能となる。さらに本研究の目的は、受給権保証を目的とする企業年金の積立規定などの年金規制を実証的に分析することにあり、そのためには、従来の労働経済学による部分均衡論ではなく、一般均衡論に準拠する必要がある。この様にして、企業年金財務によるアプローチと「情報の経済学」・一般均衡論のフレームワークを用いて、企業年金の積立水準とそれに対する積立規制が、資本家・株主および従業員の厚生水準にどの様な影響を与えるかを検討した。均衡収束値の推定には統計プログラム・ガウスを使用した。資本家・株主および従業員のリスク回避度などモデル設定に強い仮定を置いていることには注意を要する。その上でえられた帰結は、(1)資本家・株主が完全にはリスク分散できない場合、効率的な企業年金財務と効率的な雇用契約が同時に達成できる可能性があること、(2)幾つかの前提のもとでは、完全積立を要請する年金規制が、資本家・株主の厚生水準のみを改善し、従業員のそれを悪化させる可能性があること、以上の2点である。

However, it is also necessary for the partial equilibrium theory and the general equilibrium theory to be accurate in recent labor economics. This paper discusses the influence of the financial situation of enterprise pension on the development of enterprise pension system, and the development of enterprise pension system. Equilibrium bundle estimation is used in statistical analysis. Capitalists, entrepreneurs, and employees should pay attention to the importance of setting up a strong and stable environment.
