The Research for establishing speciality of medical social work-By using the method of grounded theory.

关于医务社会工作的专业性和职业性问题，一直以来都有很多讨论。通过对医务社会工作者特点的分析，并与医生、护士等医务人员的特点进行比较，明确医务社会工作者的特殊性。运用扎根理论的方法，分析了。根据理论抽样的方法，选择了12名医务社会工作者。本研究采非组成式半开放式访谈法，以十二位医务社会工作者为研究对象。用录音机对访谈进行了叙述性记录。每一句话都是用绳子绑起来的。最后，归纳出了医务人员的八个核心范畴。八个核心类别如下。提示VS待机2。身体护理VS心理社会护理3.重建身体VS重建生命4.差异化VS合作5.一个和平的拼图VS协调6.参与有限的社会关系VS参与社会关系7.深窄VS全面8.内专业VS外专业医务社会工作者对这些问题的认识似乎很重要。其他医疗用品的批准也是必要的。今后，我们将进一步加强研究，为创建医务社会工作专业而努力。

There have been lots of discussion about specially or professionality about medical social work. I focused on the characteristics of medical social worker with comparison of characteristics of other medical stuff such as doctor and nurse to clarify the speciality of medical social worker. By using the method of grounded theory, I analyzed. Twelve medical social workers were chosen according to the method of theoretical sampling. Non-composition and semi-open interview toward twelve medical social workers was done. Narrative record was made from the interview by using the tape recorder. Each sentence was corded. Finally, eight core categories which characterize the medical worker were leaded. Eight core categories are as follows.1. Prompt VS Stand-by2. Physical care VS Psycho-social care3. Re-building physically VS Re-building of life4. Differentiation VS Cooperation5. A peace of puzzle VS Coordination6. Participation into limited social relation VS Participation into social relation7. Deep and narrow VS Comprehensive8. Inside speciality VS Outside specialityIt seems to be important for medical social worker to recognize these things. And it is necessary to get the approval of other medical stuff, too. In the future, we will study more, and we will have to make effort to establish the speciality of the medical social work.
