The relation between the stage of "disenchantment (Entzauberung)" and educational background kind of jobs in modern Japanese society

(1)第一年，我们每个人都部分负责考察民族学、宗教科学、社会心理学和哲学方面的书籍，以确定“魔法”的含义。此外，为了收集数据，我们访问了一些地区。在第二年，我们根据前一年得到的数据进行了一次社会调查。在这项调查中，我们审查了以下项目。(1)宗教传统中的行为、仪式和礼节；(2)民间传说中的传说；(3)有时通过灵媒报道的超自然现象，尽管人们对其真实性存疑。4)根据习俗采取的行动5)为了获得决策建议而采取的神奇行动。我们对杉南区和荒川区的居民进行了这项调查。(3)第三年，我们对调查结果进行了整理和分析。然后我们把我们的观点和我们未来的问题整理好。即使是现在，各种神奇的因素也渗透在社会中。研究发现，不同因素的渗透阶段不同，地域文化因素在渗透过程中起着重要作用。我们认识到重新定义“合理化”概念的必要性。

(1) In the first year each of us took partial charge of examining the books on ethnology, science of religion, social -psychology and philosophy in order to confirm the meaning of "magic". Further we visited some regions for the purpose of collecting the data.(2) In the second year we made a social -survey being based on the data which were gotten in the previous year. In this survey we examined on the following items. 1) the actions, ceremony and courtesy of religious tradition 2) the legend written in the folklore data 3) the paranormal phenomenon which was sometimes reported by means of mediums in spite of doubting whether it was true. 4) the actions depending on the customs 5) the magical actions in order to get the suggestion for the decision-making. We conducted this survey on the inhabitants of Suginami and Arakawa Ward. (each region : 150 samples)(3) In the third year we arranged and analyzed the results of the survey. Then we got our views and our future problems in order. Various magical factors permeate in the society even now. We found that the stage of the permeation was different according to each factor and that the regional-cultural factor was very important. We recognized the necessity of redefinition of the concept 'rationalization'.
