In this field research project, we have made four times interview for 75 entrepreneurs, and nationwide questionnaires for 2000 samples. The major findings are as follows :1. We can get two types of the private entrepreneurs according to their orientation of the daily life, one is spiritual fulfilment type and the other is interest pursuit type. The formation of the former type as an actor for alternative industrial society is based on the local culture that based on the history of resistance to political power.2. Through the whole case, there is a lot of family managing enterprise, and that has close relationship with the family tradition of the region.3. In rural area and local cities, because of the imperfection of the finance system and the law about the market trade, the operations of the social network by the private entrepreneurs have played a significant role in their capital formation process.4. About the class consciousness, the private entrepreneurs recognize their social situation as the intermediate one. The variable that prescribes it is, the birthplace is either in real area or cities.5. Though these examinations, we can make clear the formation of the private entrepreneursin chinse industrialization process have close relationship with so called the locality, local tradition and local culture.

在本次实地研究项目中，我们对75名企业家进行了四次访谈，并对2000个样本进行了全国范围内的问卷调查。主要发现如下：1。根据民营企业家的日常生活取向，我们可以将他们分为两类：一类是精神满足型，一类是利益追求型。前一种类型作为替代工业社会的行动者的形成，是以地方文化为基础的，是以反抗政治权力的历史为基础的.从整个案例中可以看出，该地区存在着大量的家族企业，这与该地区的家族传统有着密切的关系.在农村和地方城市，由于金融制度和市场交易法律的不完善，私营企业主的社会网络运作在其资本形成过程中发挥了重要作用.在阶级意识上，私营企业主把自己的社会地位定位为中间地位。规定它的变量是，出生地是在真实的地区或城市。通过这些考察，我们可以清楚地看到，中国工业化进程中民营企业的形成与所谓的地方性、地方传统和地方文化有着密切的关系。
